Find 9-Year-Old Girl Who Disappeared During Camping Trip in Upstate New York Park Through Resume Search

LAW ENFORCEMENT, forest rangers, and others are continuing their search for a 9-year-old girl who went missing during a camping trip in upstate New York. The girl, named Charlotte Sena, may have been abducted while riding her bicycle in Moreau Lake State Park, according to state police.

Charlotte’s family has made a public plea for help in finding their daughter and has urged anyone with information to contact the state police. The family stated, “We just want her returned safely like any parent would. No tip is too small, please call if you know anything at all.”

Over 100 searchers, including law enforcement personnel, rangers, and civilians, have been scouring the park using drones, bloodhounds, and an airboat. The park remains closed during the search, and officials have asked the public to stay away and leave the search to professionals.

Charlotte, a fourth-grader from Greenfield, was riding her bike around a loop in the park with other children when she decided to take another ride by herself. Her parents became concerned when she didn’t return after 15 minutes. The girl’s mother called 911 after her bicycle was found, and an Amber Alert was issued the following morning due to the possibility of an abduction.

Charlotte is described as a white girl with blonde hair and green eyes, standing about 4 feet 6 inches tall. She was last seen wearing an orange tie-dye Pokemon shirt, dark blue pants, black Crocs, and a grey bike helmet.

The Corinth Central School District has provided additional counselors at Charlotte’s elementary school to support students and staff during this difficult time. The district expressed their sympathies, stating, “Our hearts go out to the Sena family.”
