The popular trivia show, “Jeopardy!”, has announced that it will be addressing the ongoing writers’ strike by utilizing previous contestants and questions for its newest season. Showrunner Michael Davies shared this news on the “Inside Jeopardy!” podcast.
The upcoming season, which is set to begin on September 11, will kick off with a second-chance tournament for players from season 37 who lost their initial game. Winners of this tournament will then advance to the wild-card rounds.
To cope with the shortage of new questions, contestants will be asked questions from previous seasons or questions that were written by the show’s staff before the strike commenced.
